About me
Hello! My name is Mayumi. I work as a freelance UX Designer since 2017. Previously I worked in different areas of digital product design & marketing: sales and marketing in Japan, online marketing in Canada, SEO & product management in Spain, as well as product and project management in Germany.
I am passionate to make new and existing digital products even more beautiful and successful. Sometimes even a small change makes a big difference, and I am therefore open to work on smaller projects as well.
How to get started with your UX/UI project
Initial briefing
First of all, I would like to get to know your product and your business goal well.
It is also important to understand if we are going to set up a new website or app from scratch, or redesign and improve existing products.
Engagement proposal
Depending on the project budget, scope and timeframe, I will make an engagement proposal. It describes which areas I could contribute to the project.
Depending on your needs, it could encompass the whole design cycle (research, UX design, UI design) or only parts of it.
Kick-off
Once the type of engagement is agreed upon and the project gets started, I will be fully commited to deliver as part of your team.
Although projects are by nature for a limited period of time, I always enjoy getting to know a new team, new products and discovering more about users in different industries.
